The process

A clear process when the situation feels unclear.

Most people arrive here after something confusing and distressing. The work starts with the facts: what happened, when it happened, and what can still be shown from the record.

The process

A clear process when the situation feels unclear

A structured, evidence-led path from incident to understanding your realistic options.

Provide the basic transaction and incident information.

  2. 02

    Initial Assessment

Your submitted information and available evidence are reviewed.

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Understand Your Options

Receive an explanation of realistic next steps based on the available information.

Before you submit

What is useful to gather

You do not need everything to start. Anything you can provide makes the initial assessment more useful.

  1. 01Transaction hashes for every transfer involved
  2. 02Wallet addresses you sent to, and any you received from
  3. 03Dates, assets and approximate amounts
  4. 04Screenshots of conversations, websites and platform dashboards
  5. 05Any case numbers or responses from exchanges and platforms
  6. Never include seed phrases, private keys, passwords or authentication codes in anything you send us, or in any message to anyone else.

Handled privately

Client correspondence is handled only through private, encrypted channels.

Every update we publish appears in your private dashboard and is emailed to the address registered on your case.

Your safety

Your keys stay yours. Always.

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. No legitimate investigation ever needs them, and sharing them puts everything still in your control at risk.

  • Never provide your seed or recovery phrase.
  • Never provide your private key.
  • Never provide account passwords or authentication codes.
  • Never install remote-access software solely because someone claiming to be a recovery agent asks you to.
